Condiciones de uso
Última actualización: 24 de octubre de 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkMA, including the dashboard, Nexus IDE, collaboration tools, AI features and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by AZZANI, an individual-owned business with operating locations in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia ("WorkMA", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your account information is accurate. Notify us promptly at info@workma.works if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. The Service and Plans
WorkMA is a software-as-a-service platform. Current self-service plans include Free, Pro and Business. Any Enterprise or custom plan is available only if agreed in writing with us. Features, limits and pricing are described on the pricing page and may change as the Service evolves.
AI-assisted features are optional tools. They are not a substitute for human review, professional advice or your own security controls.
3. Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorise our payment processors to charge the payment method on file.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, levies and duties, except where we are legally required to collect them. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect a billing period already paid.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal, and you retain access to the paid features until the end of the current paid period.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, unused capacity, accidental upgrades or early cancellation. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel within the statutory period and receive a refund as required by law, unless you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that the withdrawal right would be lost. Duplicate or unauthorised charges will be refunded after verification.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact info@workma.works with your account email and payment reference.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation or third-party right;
- upload malware, ransomware or other harmful code;
- mine cryptocurrency, conduct unauthorised scanning or attack infrastructure;
- gain unauthorised access to another account, workspace, network or system;
- send spam, phishing or fraudulent content;
- infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, access controls or security features;
- use the Service in a way that could harm the Service, its users or third parties.
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to investigate a suspected violation, protect the Service or comply with law.
6. Customer Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the Service, including code, files, tasks, messages and project data ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload Customer Content and for ensuring it does not contain unlawful or harmful material. You should maintain independent backups of important data.
WorkMA, its software, design, trademarks and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
7. AI Features and Third-Party Services
Copilot is a bring-your-own-key feature. When you use Copilot, the question and the selected file context are sent to the AI provider associated with the workspace key, currently OpenAI, under that provider's terms. Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal data or other secrets in prompts.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI features will be available without interruption or that they will produce a particular result.
Sentinel currently performs a local credential and security-pattern scan. It is not a model-backed AI review and is not a guarantee that code is secure. You remain responsible for code review, testing and security assessment.
The Service also relies on third-party providers for payments, analytics, fonts, content delivery and infrastructure. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
8. Privacy and Cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. Analytics cookies are optional and are enabled only after consent.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, impose reasonable limits or discontinue parts of the Service. Any service-level commitment applies only if agreed in a separate written agreement.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not provide legal, security, financial or other professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or use the Service unlawfully. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Customer Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law, will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the Philippines will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at info@workma.works so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
