تم التصفية حسب: #roles

WorkMA uses a granular permission system. Each user has a role that determines what they can see and do.

  • Administrator: Full access, manage billing, invite/remove members.
  • Team Lead: Create/edit all tasks, approve tasks, manage teams, view reports.
  • Developer: Create/edit own tasks, use Nexus IDE, change task status.
  • QA Engineer: Create/edit own tasks, approve tasks, view reports.

Platform administrators can fine-tune permissions per role in Admin → Role Permissions.

Team Roles:

  • Lead: Full control — edit settings, add/remove members, assign tasks.
  • Member: Work on tasks, comment, participate in meetings.
  • Viewer: Read-only access — useful for stakeholders.

Users can join open teams via the Teams listing page, or be invited by a team lead.

The invited person will:

  2. Click the link to create their account.
  3. Be automatically added to the team with the assigned role.
